Investment & Partnering Event
Your Opportunity for Communication,
Negotiation and Deal-Making
with Shariah Compliant Investors
Press Release: 15 January 2009, London:
Islamic Financial Institutions are Seeking Deals Whilst Others Retreat
Shariah Compliant Investors are unscathed by the global credit crisis because their investment methods are consistent with Islamic law (Shariah), which precludes the financial leveraging that is at the root of the global crisis. Also, due to the long boom in oil prices, many Shariah Compliant Investors are flush with petrodollars that need to be invested securely in hard-asset projects. As a result, Gulf investors are now aggressively looking for opportunities while most international lenders are hunkering down or folding completely.
Investment Presentations Open to the Media - 9 April 2009 in London
In search for new global opportunities, many leading Islamic investors will gather at
The IFM 2009 in London to hear investment proposals from entrepreneurs and government officials from around the globe . . . and you are invited!
Rare Opportunity to Interview many Islamic Financial Leaders in London
This unique conference is an opportunity for the media to interview many major Gulf investors, Islamic economic experts and business leaders from Europe, the US and the FSU. It will enable you to receive first-hand knowledge of important new projects and will provide you with an insight into the unique ways that Shariah compliant Investors produce reliable returns in any economic climate.
Many Forms of Economic Cooperation to be Discussed
The conference will focus on specific current opportunities for direct investments, joint-ventures and transfers of know-how. Sectors to be covered include (1) Real Estate (2) Manufacturing and Energy (3) Services and Consultancy (4) Transportation & Infrastructure.
